our story
W3AR was founded in December 2021 by two builders. Steeped in web3 culture, they saw the joy and community that came with every project, every NFT collection, every DAO. From personal experience, they knew there was no good way to show the side of one's identity that was tied to web3. There were some providers of merch and swag, but nothing that truly wet people's appetite.
They built W3AR to solve this problem. W3AR collaborates with web3 communities and brands to build apparel that creates identity for their members. From the start, they've taken an uncompromising approach to high-quality. Whether it is in design, service, or production, W3AR believes that providing premium goods is what collaborators deserve. As part of this approach, W3AR has partnered to ensure its supply chain supports made-in-USA apparel that is ethically and sustainably sourced and manufactured.
Going forward, W3AR continues to experiment. The future is physical and digital. W3AR is building capabilities across token-gated commerce, metaverse wearables, digital twins, NFC chips, and AR filters to meet partners' diverse and growing needs.
